Exnihilo Residency at SilverWorks

Exnihilo Residency is awarded to promising artists based on talent and future intent. Hosted by SilverWorks Studio & Gallery in Glen Echo, Maryland, USA, the program is tailored for artists interested in silversmithing, jewelry craft, as well as literature, visual art, line craft, music and film. The residency starts at three months but can be extended according to the artist’s project. Residents receive unlimited access to a fully equipped metal arts studio and are required to engage with the community through an exhibition, studio management, or an artist talk. Applications are submitted via an online form that requests a statement of practice, purpose, and interest, along with a CV and work samples.
