Pro Helvetia Focus Photo is a photography grant programme that funds the creation of new photographic productions in artistic, documentary or applied photography. It is open to cross‑regionally established photographers and artists who have a clear connection to Switzerland. Applicants must submit a new project proposal (analogue, digital or post‑photographic practices) together with a portfolio, CV and a detailed budget, and demonstrate adequate co‑funding from public or private sources. The grant provides a maximum financial contribution of CHF 25,000 to support the development and production of the project. The application window opens on 1 July and the submission deadline is 1 September 2026 (23:59 CEST). Selection is based on artistic originality, feasibility and relevance for the applicant’s artistic development. One application per person/collective is allowed per calendar year.
