Artists or teams must demonstrate experience in designing, fabricating, and installing public art installations, particularly in interior settings. The application process includes an online submission portal where artists can upload required documents and a portfolio. The City will review qualifications and select artists for the project, with funding provided through the Percent for Arts program.
