2028年公开征集：西南地区艺术家委托创作项目

Spike Island is pleased to invite applications from artists based in the South West of England to develop a major new commission to be presented in our galleries in summer 2028. The successful artist will receive an artist fee of £4,000 and a production budget of £8,500 (exclusive of VAT) to cover materials, fabrication and other direct costs. Spike Island will also cover exhibition‑related expenses such as installation, transport, insurance, travel, accommodation, per diems and documentation within the limits of the available budget. The artist will benefit from curatorial and technical support, access to a residency studio (if they do not already have a studio at Spike Island), and use of an edit suite for research or production. Promotion will be provided through Spike Island’s website and social media.
