关于此机会
Barrett House Studios is a creative space in Randwick, New South Wales, Australia, operated by Randwick City Council. Each year, up to 10 multidisciplinary artists are offered fully subsidised three-month studio residencies, providing dedicated time and space to test new ideas, develop ambitious work, and connect with a community of peers. The program is designed with artists at its centre and includes: dedicated studio space, professional development opportunities (workshops and skills sessions), paid artist talks, professional documentation of work, and opportunities to present outcomes through exhibitions and public programs. The residency welcomes artists working across visual arts, performance, writing, design, music, and more. The program runs across three studio programs per year (approximately April-July, July-November, and November-March cycles). Applications are announced via the Creative Randwick Newsletter; interested artists are encouraged to subscribe for notifications about upcoming application rounds. The program is fully subsidised with no cost to selected artists.
