A partially‑funded three‑month residency in Tainan, Taiwan, offering studio space, accommodation and a material budget for site‑specific projects.

2027年總爺藝文中心國際藝術進駐計畫提供藝術家45至90天的駐村創作期間，並提供住宿、工作室、設備、生活與創作補助。

永晝海濱美術館，自2021年由星濱山團隊於基隆正濱漁港發起和策劃，除了年度精彩的策展內容，我們更進一步打造「Space Moor」實體基地，作為一處讓大家認識基隆城市的創意總部，也同時是永晝海濱美術館的常設展空間，透過open call招募或邀請青年朋友以「展覽銷售、駐港創作」各方案進駐，持續一起探索、創造和突破，歡迎來到基隆首座實驗藝術空間！
