About This Opportunity

The IZOLYATSIA Foundation (Ukraine), Malý Berlín (Slovakia) and Trans Europe Halles (Sweden) announce the second call of the ZMINA:Resilience programme, aimed at supporting co‑creation projects that bring together Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations with partners from other Creative Europe participating countries. The call targets all artistic and cultural sectors except audio‑visual, and requires at least one Ukrainian partner and one partner from another Creative Europe country. Projects must result in new collaborative works and include public presentations in each partner’s locality, with a minimum of two events, one in Ukraine. Funding of up to €25 000 per grant (covering up to 90 % of costs) is available for 7‑month projects to be implemented between February and August 2027. Eligible costs include daily artist fees, travel, accommodation, per diems, equipment, production, and communication. Applicants must be legal entities (organisations); individual artists may participate only as part of an eligible organisation. Applications are submitted online via the IZOLYATSIA platform by 04 December 2026 (23:59 Kyiv time). The selection process involves technical eligibility checks, expert evaluation, and final committee decision. The call promotes intercultural dialogue, resilience, and sustainable artistic practice across Europe.
