Successful Funding Applications

Visual Artists Ireland is hosting a hands‑on workshop titled "Successful Funding Applications" on 15 October 2026 at The Carnegie in Swords. The session, led by Dr Marianne O’Kane Boal, will cover structuring applications, realistic timelines, criteria alignment, budgeting, narrative, and common pitfalls. Artists can register for free if they are based in Fingal; otherwise a fee applies. The event is a three‑hour training session aimed at helping artists prepare competitive funding proposals for public grants, bursaries, residencies, and commissions.
