Residence Life - Resident Assistant

Black Forest Academy is seeking to appoint mature, enthusiastic individuals to work with boarding students and other Residence Life staff in a residential setting. The Resident Assistant will be responsible for supporting the well-being and development of boarding students, as well as contributing to the smooth operation of the residence.

Experience working with high school students is desirable. For roles in our student dorms, candidates with Bachelors or Masters degrees in Education, Psychology, or Social Work are strongly preferred.
