Request for Exhibition Proposals – Exhibits USA
Exhibits USA
About This Opportunity
Exhibits USA® develops and tours museum‑quality traveling arts and humanities exhibitions across the United States. They welcome proposals that align with their mission to expand access to the arts and foster community engagement. Proposals should include a one‑page curatorial statement, a checklist of 10–15 sample works with artist names, locations, and images, and demonstrate that all works already exist, are stable for travel, and will not be sold during the tour. Ideal exhibitions occupy 250 linear feet or less, contain 25–60 works, and can be shipped via common carriers. The partnership offers national touring, exposure to diverse audiences, and logistical support for installation and shipping. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis via email or physical mail to the Exhibits USA office in Kansas City, MO. No application fee is required. Restrictions include size limits, stability requirements, and the need for works to be available for a multi‑year tour. The call is open to artists and curators of all disciplines within the arts and humanities.
