Open Call for Artists: Art Submissions

Visual Art Journal, an internationally distributed art magazine, is calling for submissions from painters, photographers, and all visual artists. The call is open to artists worldwide who are 18 years or older. Submissions are free; however, selected artists will pay a non‑refundable participation fee of US$20. Selected artists will be featured in both the print and digital editions of the magazine, receive a free digital copy, photos of the printed pages, and a feature on the magazine’s Instagram account. In addition, selected artists will have their work displayed on a digital billboard in Times Square, New York City, for 24 hours, with the image appearing once every hour. The deadline for submissions is October 28, 2026. The call is a one‑time, non‑rolling open call with no recurring editions announced. The opportunity offers exposure through global print distribution, digital promotion, and a high‑visibility public showcase in Times Square.
