About This Opportunity
Kalakeli Movement Arts 2027 is an intensive training programme held at Itaíba, Arambol, Goa, India, from 11 January to 2 April 2027. The programme runs in three waves of 4, 8 or 12 weeks, each featuring a curated roster of international and Indian teachers in contemporary dance, martial arts, yoga, improvisation and creative research. Participants receive studio time, evening and weekend space, accommodation (room type chosen at registration), two vegetarian/vegan meals per day, a cacao ceremony, and a temazcal experience (March only). The program is open to dancers, movement artists, actors, circus artists, martial arts practitioners and others with an existing physical practice, provided they are 18 years or older. Applications close on 1 December 2026; a non‑refundable deposit (minimum €450) secures a place. The selection process reviews applications during the registration period, with outcomes announced within a week. The programme offers a supportive community, mentorship from renowned teachers, and a chance to deepen practice while exploring new disciplines in a jungle setting.
