Internship – Graphic Design (Year-Round)

Baird is seeking a Graphic Design intern for a hybrid, year‑round role based in its downtown Milwaukee office. The intern will support the corporate Graphic Design team by developing layouts, designs, and production for social, digital, web, print, video, and photography projects, interpreting brand guidelines and preparing files for vendors. The position is full‑time (37‑40 hours/week) during the summer and part‑time (15‑20 hours/week) during academic semesters, with a start date in May 2027. Candidates must be pursuing a degree in art, graphic design or visual communications, graduating May 2028 or later, and possess advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as a strong portfolio. The internship provides mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a high‑impact corporate design environment, but does not include visa sponsorship.
