About This Opportunity

The Bristol Art Museum invites artists from Rhode Island, the greater Narragansett Bay area, and the Southern New England region to submit original artwork for the juried exhibition "Here & Now." The exhibition will be on view in the museum’s main gallery from Sunday, December 6, 2026 through Sunday, January 10, 2027, with an opening artist reception on December 6, 2–4 p.m. Submissions may be representational or conceptual and should reflect the places, people, waterways, landscapes, architecture, working waterfronts, and communities that shape the region. Up to three works may be entered, with a tiered entry fee of $15 for one piece, $25 for two, and $35 for three. The call is open to artists residing in the region; no other restrictions are stated. Selected works will be exhibited, and artists will receive exposure through the museum’s programming and publicity. No housing or travel support is provided.
