About This Opportunity

The Head of Public Engagement is a new senior leadership position at Crawford Art Gallery, a national cultural institution in Cork, Ireland. The role reports to the Gallery Director and is responsible for shaping and delivering the Gallery’s audience engagement strategy, overseeing marketing, communications, visitor services, and commercial activities. Applicants must hold a postgraduate qualification in Arts Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, and have significant senior‑level experience in audience development, visitor experience, marketing, communications, cultural management, or a related strategic leadership role. The position is permanent, full‑time, with 35 net hours per week, and offers a salary scale of €83,113–€103,576 plus benefits.
