Gomma Grant

The Gomma Photography Grant 2026, now in its 13th edition, is an international photography competition that seeks bold, unconventional work across all genres – from documentary to portrait, black‑and‑white to colour. Open to photographers of any nationality, religion, gender identity and skill level, the call requires entrants to be at least 18 years old and prohibits fully AI‑generated images. Submissions are accepted via Submittable between 1 August 2024 and the final deadline of 5 November 2026, with three fee tiers (early‑bird €19, second €25, final €35). All participants receive a professional review of their work. The competition offers several cash prizes – €1 000 for the First Prize, €200 for Second, €100 for Third, plus honorable mentions and category awards – together with publishing deals, international exposure through Gomma’s network, and promotion to galleries and curators. Winners are announced in spring 2027. The grant is administered by Gomma Publishing Ltd, based in the United Kingdom, and operates entirely online, making it accessible worldwide.
