France-ASEAN regional cooperation project job

The French Institute in Indonesia (IFI) and the French Embassy to Indonesia, Timor‑Leste and ASEAN are inviting applications for an external service provider to support the coordination and implementation of the Creative ASEAN regional cultural cooperation programme. The role involves preparing, coordinating and monitoring the programme over a twelve‑month period (15 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027), liaising with partners, developing a digital platform, managing residencies, exchanges, workshops and events, and providing administrative, financial and operational support. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in cultural enterprise management, international cooperation projects, and the ASEAN context, with strong English communication skills and knowledge of the French cultural network abroad. The contract will specify payment terms; no housing or travel support is provided.

Minimum 5 years experience in cultural enterprise management and international cooperation; knowledge of ASEAN and French cultural network; fluency in English; knowledge of French and ASEAN languages is an advantage.
