Empanelment of Artists/Groups – ICCR

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) announces an open empanelment of artists and groups across performing‑arts disciplines (music, dance, folk, theatre, puppetry, etc.). Indian artists aged 18 years or older, holding Indian nationality and possessing professional experience, may submit their applications throughout the year. Applications are free of charge and are processed online via the ICCR portal. The empanelment does not guarantee assignments but creates a pool of vetted artists that ICCR may call upon to represent India at international cultural festivals, exhibitions, and exchange programmes. Selected empanelled artists gain the opportunity to showcase their work on global stages, receive logistical support for overseas performances, and enhance their professional visibility.
