Two Upcoming Shows: New England Landscape and Bon Appetit

The Lyme Art Association (LAA) is accepting art entries for two concurrent exhibitions: New England Landscape, an annual show celebrating terrestrial scenes of the East Coast, and Bon Appetit, a thematic exhibition exploring food and culinary culture through visual art. Both shows will be on view from September 18 to November 6, 2026 at LAA’s galleries in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Artists may submit paintings, drawings, hand‑pulled prints, or sculpture of any media. No residency requirement; submissions are open to all artists, and LAA members are especially encouraged to apply. Digital submissions are due by Friday, August 21, 2026, midnight, via the provided online forms. Accepted artists will be announced on August 28, with drop‑off/pick‑up dates September 12‑13 and an opening reception on September 20.
