Director of Development & Strategic Partnership (.5 FTE)

The Oakland Asian Cultural Center (OACC) is seeking a part‑time Director of Development & Strategic Partnership (.5 FTE) to lead fundraising strategy, major gifts, and annual giving programs. The role reports to the Executive Director, works closely with the Board, and supervises a full‑time Development Manager. Candidates should have 8–10 years of nonprofit development or related experience, a proven track record in major gifts, and strong communication skills. Bilingual proficiency and ties to the API community are preferred. The position offers a salary of $60,000–$65,000 annually, prorated benefits, and a hybrid work environment, with a start date of January 2027.
