About This Opportunity
The Cultural Horizons program, implemented by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and Cultural Vistas and funded by the EU Creative Europe Program, offers subgrants to EU-based cultural organisations to develop residency and cooperation projects with Ukrainian artists and cultural workers in 2027. The call invites institutions to propose projects that facilitate residency placements or education projects based on residencies for Ukrainian professionals. Funding per subgrant ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 EUR, with a minimum of 20 subgrants awarded. Applicants must be able to host Ukrainian participants in 2027, demonstrate no ties to Russia, commit to diversity, equity and inclusion, and use English. NGOs and public sector organisations working with displaced and vulnerable groups are prioritised. The application window runs from 29 June to 30 September 2026, with evaluation in October–November and implementation from 1 January to 31 August 2027 (minimum 3 months, maximum 8 months). Subgrant recipients must submit final reports within one month of completion, no later than 31 August 2027.
