Call for EOIs: Hume Winter Lights Festival 2027 Light & Art Installations and Major Events Suppliers, Performers & Sponsors

Hume City Council is inviting professional light and art installation providers to submit existing, fully realised works for the Hume Winter Lights Festival 2027, scheduled for Saturday 19 June 2027 at Town Hall Broadmeadows and surrounding outdoor precincts. The festival, a free family‑friendly event, expects up to 5,000 attendees and seeks visually engaging, night‑time installations that may include light, sound, fire, sculptural or immersive elements. Submissions should demonstrate a proven track record in public or festival contexts and be ready for short‑duration presentation (1–2 nights). Applicants must provide clear technical and logistical details, including crew, freight, and installation requirements, as well as full costings. The opportunity also opens broader participation in Hume’s 2026/27 Major Events season for performers, vendors, sponsors and community groups, with separate deadlines. Successful providers will gain exposure to a large public audience, the chance to showcase work in a high‑profile city event, and potential future collaborations with the council’s major events programme.
