Dia Art Foundation is hiring an Artist Mentor for its Spiritual Pedagogies Fellowship at Dia Chelsea, running from October 2026 to June 2027. The part‑time, seasonal role involves guiding a cohort of six emerging interdisciplinary practitioners through a year‑long program that explores the intersection of artistic practice, pedagogy, and spirituality. Responsibilities include conceptualizing fellowship programming, facilitating cohort sessions, one‑on‑one mentorship meetings, guest‑artist visits, and supporting fellows in developing independent or collaborative projects. The Mentor will work closely with the Curator of Public Engagement and the Learning and Engagement team, contribute to Dia’s broader institutional activities, and receive a Dia ID badge with reduced museum admissions. Compensation totals $25,000 for the term, and the position includes travel to Dia Beacon and other sites.
