2025 has been a year of growth and success for Muskoka Arts & Crafts (MA&C). Since launching the MA&C Maker Boutique, we are proud to share that in just the first 8 months, the Shop has generated over $27,000 in revenue, directly supporting our artists and makers. All of MA&C's commission structure is based on 30% (outside of any special exhibitions or partnerships). Please note there will also be a 5.9%+.30 Shopify charge for all in store and online transactions. As a not-for-profit service organization, MA&C is dedicated to ensuring the success of our arts community. Our mission is to champion craft as a valuable part of everyday life by promoting, celebrating, and advocating for art and craft practices. We provide opportunities for members to showcase their work, offer mentorship and feedback, and create meaningful connections between artists and the public. The MA &C Maker Boutique plays a vital role in this mission by: Provide space to generate sales for artists and makers, providing career mentorship and product feedback. We provide public education opportunities showcasing a wide range of practices, from contemporary to traditional, and supporting both emerging and established artists each year.
