The Factory on Willow in Manchester, NH offers a 12-week Artist in Residence (AIR) program designed to support emerging artists from around the world. The residency provides a place to live for up to 3 months, allowing selected artists to focus full-time on developing their creative practice and taking steps toward becoming career professionals. The program aims to host up to 6 artists annually. Selected residents receive stipends covering room & board, food, and art supplies. Each residency concludes with an artist opening celebration, which serves as a solo or duo exhibition featuring the artist's developing works in the Factory's onsite event space, presenting installations and presentations to the local community.
