Crag Pit Studios

Crag Pit Studios CIC, a family‑run non‑profit based in Crag Pit House, Aldeburgh, Suffolk, launched its first public residency programme in 2025. The call is open to professional creatives, makers and writers who have an established practice. Applicants are invited to develop their projects in a supportive environment that offers studio space, time, and mentorship. The residency is currently accepting applications on a rolling basis, with no application fee. While the programme does not provide a stipend or housing, it offers a collaborative community and access to the studio’s facilities. The application process is digital and can be completed via the studio’s website.
