Maryland Art Place (MAP), in partnership with Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown, announces the IMPACT @ Hotel Indigo open call for visual artists. The program offers four quarterly exhibitions in the hotel’s library and Poets Modern Cocktails and Eats restaurant. Eligible applicants are individual artists or artist groups residing or working in Maryland, creating two‑dimensional works such as photography, painting, or mixed media, with a maximum size of 60 × 60 inches. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year via an online Google Form. Selected artists will receive an exhibition opening reception at Hotel Indigo, press coverage, promotion on MAP’s website and social media, and exhibition postcards. MAP and Hotel Indigo may use images of the artwork for promotional purposes. No application fee is required, and there is no monetary stipend, but the exhibition provides significant visibility and professional exposure. For questions, contact caitlin@mdartplace.org.
