关于此机会

The TaDA Textile and Design Alliance Artist-in-Residence Programme 2027 invites six artists and creative professionals from Switzerland and worldwide to develop innovative textile‑related projects in collaboration with leading textile companies and research institutions in Eastern Switzerland. The three‑month residency takes place in Arbon, either April–June or September–November 2027, and includes accommodation in a shared apartment with a private room, covered travel expenses, a contribution towards living costs, and a shared workspace at the Kreativzentrum ZIK. Residents receive technical support, mentorship, and access to infrastructure from approximately twelve partner textile companies and organisations, as well as professional guidance from textile designer Martin Leuthold and the TaDA team. The programme culminates in public presentations, workshops, and participation in the annual TaDA Spinnerei event, fostering international exchange and networking. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in textile production, culture, and sustainability, possess basic knowledge of textile processes, and propose a project that involves collaboration with TaDA partner companies. Good command of English or German is required. Applications are free and must be submitted by 12 August 2026 via the official TaDA residency website.
