The ArtsXchange Resident Artists Studio Program, hosted by the Southeast Community Cultural Center (ArtsXchange) in East Point, Georgia, provides affordable, year‑round studio space to a diverse group of emerging and established artists across visual arts, music, writing, and performance. Resident artists receive 24/7 private studio access, mentorship, professional development opportunities, and public presentation platforms. The facility includes event spaces, a theatre, gallery, library, community meeting rooms, and two community gardens. Additional benefits include Wi‑Fi, secured parking, utilities, discounted event rentals, promotion on the ArtsXchange website and monitors, and participation in open studios and community outreach. Applications are currently open and require an artist statement, CV/resume, work samples, and three reference letters. Applicants must reside in Georgia for the lease duration and adhere to safety policies. No exhibition guarantee is provided. Selections are made by a panel and applicants are notified after the application period closes.
