Studio ALTA, a contemporary arts space in Prague, is launching four residency programs for 2027, each with a distinct focus and duration. The House of Research (April 19–28, 2027) invites three artists or projects to work in a shared studio and laboratory setting, offering a 10‑day residency, a CZK 12,000 artist fee, and full accommodation and transportation. The House of Rest (March–November 2027) is a five‑day retreat for arts professionals, selected by lottery, with a CZK 6,000 fee and no output requirement. The House in the Neighborhood (August 9–18, 2027) supports performative projects engaging the 55+ community in Libeň, providing a 10‑day residency, a CZK 30,000 fee, rehearsal and public space facilities, dramaturgical and production support, and PR promotion. The House of Sweat (February 1–10, 2027) focuses on performative work in the studio’s sauna, offering a 10‑day residency, a CZK 15,000 fee, and technical, dramaturgical, and PR support. All programs require a public presentation of the work in progress or premiere. Applications close on September 10, 2026, and are submitted via the provided Google Forms links.
