QUANTUM 电影委员会 2026
Science Gallery Bengaluru
关于此机会
The QUANTUM Film Commission 2026, hosted by Science Gallery Bengaluru, calls for emerging filmmakers from India to develop an original short film that engages with themes of quantum physics and its cultural resonances. Selected applicants will receive a total commissioning grant of ₹12 lakh, disbursed in three stages (story development, field shooting, and post‑production), alongside mentorship and guidance throughout the development process. The completed work will premiere at the QUANTUM Film Festival in April 2027. Eligibility is limited to Indian citizens who have prior filmmaking experience and whose projects showcase stories from India. Applicants may submit concepts for films at the ideation stage or works already in progress, provided the latter are self‑funded and have no external financial support. Submissions require a brief concept note and, for works in progress, footage of the project. The call opens on 20 September 2026 and closes on 20 October 2026, with shortlisted candidates announced on 15 November 2026. Applications are submitted via the provided Submittable link.
