TERAVARNA’s 17th ABSTRACT International Juried Art Competition invites artists worldwide to submit original works that explore the theme of abstraction. Open to all visual art disciplines—including painting, sculpture, digital art, fiber art, photography, graphic design, mixed media, and installation—participants must be 18 years or older. The competition is free to enter, but each artwork incurs a $20 non‑refundable entry fee. Winners receive cash prizes ranging from $25 to $750, with a total prize pool of up to $5,000. In addition to monetary awards, first, runner‑up, and merit winners gain a six‑month feature on the ARTSY marketplace, press releases, VR showcases, social media promotion, and newsletter exposure. Artists from developing regions or with disabilities may receive special coupons to offset entry costs. Submissions are accepted online via the TERAVARNA portal, with a final deadline of 15 October 2026. The competition is held annually, making it a recurring event for the global abstract art community.
