艺术基金活动艺术家申请表

The Fund for the Arts Event Artist Application creates a roster of individual artists, collectives, and organizations based in the Greater Louisville area who wish to perform or activate audiences at community events partnered with Fund for the Arts. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with quarterly review cycles. Applicants must be located in the listed Kentucky and Indiana counties, share the Fund’s values, and submit their own work samples. Selected participants are compensated for each engagement, with typical payments ranging from $100 to $500 per event lasting 10 minutes to one hour. The roster is used for events such as the St. James Court Art Show, workplace campaigns, and the Celebration of the Arts. No application fee is required. Applications are submitted through the Fund’s online portal.

Paid engagements, roster inclusion, exposure at community events

Applicants must reside in Greater Louisville (Bullitt, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby counties KY; Clark, Floyd, Harrison counties IN). No 501(c)(3) requirement. Must share Fund for the Arts values and submit own work samples.
