开放工作室驻留项目——海斯塔克山工艺学校

Haystack Mountain School of Crafts offers a two‑week Open Studio Residency (May 23 – June 4, 2027) designed to foster artistic exploration and peer exchange. Approximately 50 participants from craft, art, design, writing, video, sound and other creative disciplines are invited to work in shared studios (ceramics, fiber, glass, graphics, metals, wood, Fab Lab) with support from on‑site technicians. Residents must be 21 years or older, self‑directed, and are eligible regardless of nationality; students may also apply. Applications open on 16 Nov 2026 and close on 9 Dec 2026, limited to the first 1,000 submissions. No application fee is required. Participants receive free studio access, room and board in shared housing, covered studio consumables and kiln firings, while they cover their own travel and any materials beyond what is provided. The program is funded by the Windgate Foundation Endowment.

Studio time, access to six studios (ceramics, fiber, glass, graphics, metals, and wood), technical support, and a community of makers.

Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to participate in Haystack’s Open Studio Residency.
