萨拉索塔艺术中心“单色”评审展

The Monochrome Juried Exhibition invites artists to submit works created using a single colour or tonal range. All media are accepted—including painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, digital arts, sculpture, and video—except AI‑generated art. Submissions are anonymous to the juror, Simone Friend (co‑founder of Friend & Johnson), who will select winners after the show is installed. The exhibition will run from Thursday 21 January to Saturday 27 February 2027 at Art Center Sarasota, with an opening reception on 21 January. Awards include $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd, $200 for 3rd, plus Merit Awards and Honorable Mentions. All works must be for sale; artists receive a commission of 60 % of the selling price for members and 50 % for non‑members. The deadline for submissions is 13 December 2026.
