Watershed
关于此机会
MyWorld, in partnership with Watershed and a range of UK research and creative institutions, is offering a six‑person micro‑fellowship that provides each participant with a £3,000 stipend and up to 15 days of paid time (from 6 October to 2 December 2026) to develop immersive projects using the Reality Emulator facility. The programme welcomes artists, creative technologists and practice‑based researchers working across visual media, film, theatre, live performance, location‑based media, VR, XR or related fields. Applicants will work in interdisciplinary teams of up to four people, receiving technical support, access to specialist equipment and collaborative mentorship. The application consists of an online questionnaire covering skills, collaborative approach and practice, followed by a shortlisting and interview stage. The call aims to increase diversity and is open to under‑represented groups, with no restrictions on age, nationality or discipline beyond the focus on immersive, technology‑driven practice. Successful fellows will receive a £3,000 stipend, dedicated studio time, technical assistance, and the opportunity to prototype innovative scenarios addressing regional future challenges. The deadline for applications is 18 August 2026 at 10:00 BST. Further details, including a full brief and large‑print version, are available via the linked PDFs.
