LUX Scotland, a non‑profit agency dedicated to supporting, developing and promoting artists’ moving‑image practices in Scotland, is recruiting a Learning Programme Manager. The role involves managing and delivering the organisation’s learning programme, which includes artist‑led workshops, advice sessions, an annual weekend residential event and a series of online learning resources. The successful candidate will work closely with the core team in Glasgow, contribute to wider organisational work, and support the development of new programmes. The position is a permanent contract with a six‑month probation period, based at the LUX Scotland office in Civic House, Glasgow, with travel to partner venues across Scotland and occasional travel to London. The role requires at least three years of project‑management experience, legal entitlement to work in the UK, and the ability to commit to 21 hours per week (three days) including evenings and weekends. Compensation is £32,640 pro‑rate, with a 5% employer pension contribution, 3% employee contribution, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (increasing by one day per year up to 30 days), and hybrid working available on request.
