Knai Bang Chatt – 艺术家驻村计划

Art for Kep is an artist residency programme initiated by Knai Bang Chatt in collaboration with Kep West and a range of cultural partners. The residency welcomes visual artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers, performers and eco‑artists from Cambodia and abroad. Applicants must have at least two years of professional practice, be 21 years of age or older, and submit a CV, portfolio, artist statement and project proposal. Selections are made monthly by a steering group and successful artists receive private accommodation, indoor and outdoor studio spaces, a food‑and‑beverage package, opportunities to exhibit, conduct workshops and engage with the local community, as well as logistical and material support. Residencies run for 1–3 months and up to three artists are hosted each month. Applications are accepted year‑round through an online portal, with a registration fee of 5 USD (Tier 1) or 25 USD (Tier 2) and a daily participation fee (5 USD or 10 USD). The programme aims to foster cultural exchange, sustainability and artistic innovation in the coastal town of Kep, Cambodia.
