关于此机会
Joya: arte + ecología / AiR is an off‑grid, climate‑positive interdisciplinary residency established in 2006 and located in the Parque Natural Sierra María–Los Vélez, north of Almería province, Andalucía, Spain. The programme welcomes artists, writers, musicians, dancers, curators, filmmakers and researchers to develop projects that engage with ecology, sustainable living and the unique landscape. Residents receive a private studio, a private bedroom with attached bathroom, three homemade meals per day, shared meals, and free collection from the nearest transport hub (Vélez Rubio). Optional satellite broadband internet is available for an additional €10 per week. The residency lasts 1–2 weeks (longer periods can be arranged) with specific windows such as 4 January – 21 March 2027. The fee is €400 per week plus 10 % tax (or a £100 curatorial fee for the Royal College of Art track), covering accommodation, studio space, meals and transport. Applicants must submit an application in English or Spanish by 12 November 2026. No nationality or age restrictions apply; the call is open to international creators across visual art, sculpture, ceramics, dance, theatre, performing arts, music, writing, education programmes, new media, curatorial practice and film. The residency provides housing, meals, studio space, transport support and a collaborative community, fostering sustainable creative practice in a remote, sun‑rich environment.
