关于此机会

The Festivals Australia Program (FAP) is a national grant administered by the Australian Government that funds a single, discrete arts activity delivered at a festival or significant one‑off community celebration in an eligible regional or remote location. Round 23 opens for applications now and closes on 13 October 2026, with funded projects commencing from 1 February 2027. The program provides flexible funding – on average around $40,000 per project but with no upper limit – to cover artist fees, travel within Australia, equipment hire, venue hire, documentation, project administration and other eligible costs. Eligible applicants are Australian incorporated organisations (including Indigenous corporations, local governments and charities) that hold an ABN and meet government compliance requirements; individuals may participate through an auspicing eligible organisation. Projects must be delivered in regional or remote Australia (outside major city classifications) and must encourage community participation and audience engagement. Applications are submitted online via the SmartyGrants portal; there is no application fee.
