Eligible applicants are individual artists residing in the United States or its territories, working in visual arts, digital/electronic arts, video/film, or choreography. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for each cycle, with the current deadline set for September 15, 2026. Successful applicants receive the grant directly from NYFA, with no additional obligations beyond providing a brief report on how the funds were used.
