Entries must be delivered to the festival office by 5:00 p.m. on June 11, 2027, and must comply with design and construction criteria that include weather‑resistant fabric, secure attachment, and a maximum weight of 15 lb. Banners may not contain religious, partisan, or commercial messages, though community‑organization commemorations are permitted. The festival will announce winners on July 10, 2027, and selected banners will be displayed for the duration of the festival and may continue to be exhibited in community spaces afterward. Artists can submit their work via the provided PDF entry form, and no application fee is required.
