The African Culture Fund (Fonds Africain pour la Culture – ACF), in partnership with the Institut Kôrè des Arts et Métiers (IKAM), launches the 2nd edition of the LEWO Africa Boot Camp, a 100 % online, continent‑wide program dedicated to women cultural leaders. The five‑day intensive boot camp (December 14‑18 2026) will be delivered via videoconferencing and collaborative tools, focusing on leadership, cultural management, financial administration, personal branding, digital marketing and emotional/AI competencies. After the boot camp, participants receive six months of individualized coaching and mentoring to support the development of their cultural projects or structures. The call targets women who are active in the cultural and creative industries, have professional experience, reside in Africa or the African diaspora, possess a stable internet connection, and are proficient in French or English. Up to thirty participants will be selected based on motivation, project relevance, professional background and geographic/disciplinary balance. Applications are submitted by email with a completed form, CV, cover letter, ID copy and a presentation of the applicant’s cultural project. The deadline for submissions is 16 October 2026. No travel, accommodation or meal costs are covered; the program is delivered entirely online and is free of charge.
