2027年沃韦双年展——“The Kitchen / Central Location”（美食馆）公开征集

Biennale Images Vevey, Switzerland’s leading visual arts biennial, is calling for multidisciplinary collectives to create and run a participatory communal kitchen – the Kitchen / Central Location – during its 2027 edition. The project blends food, hospitality, architecture, and community engagement, transforming a lake‑side pavilion into an artistic installation, performance venue, and public conversation space. Applicants must propose innovative, sustainable, and inclusive programming that serves affordable vegetarian meals with vegan options, while fostering dialogue and collective creativity. The selected collective will collaborate with foodculture days, local producers, architects, and the festival team from installation through the festival dates (1–16 June 2027). The call offers a CHF 15 000 production budget (VAT included), artist fees, travel expense coverage, production support, curatorial mentorship, volunteer assistance, access to a fully equipped professional kitchen, and accommodation provided by foodculture days. Three shortlisted collectives receive a CHF 250 research and proposal development fee and an online consultation. The project will run from December 2026 to February 2027, culminating in the biennale’s opening in June 2027. The call is open to international collectives and multidisciplinary teams; no nationality or age restrictions apply.
