The Klimt02 New Talents Award is an annual international initiative that celebrates emerging talents in contemporary jewellery and arts and crafts. Each year, Klimt02 Member Schools worldwide nominate one recent graduate to represent their institution. The nominated graduate must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis and is required to submit a summary of their thesis, a short statement from a faculty member, and a portfolio of around five images of their work. The award is judged by a jury of industry professionals, and the winner receives a solo exhibition at Hannah Gallery in Barcelona, a one‑year free artist membership at Klimt02, and a €1000 prize sponsored by M. Luisa Samaranch. Additionally, one of the winner’s works will be acquired for the Maria Luisa Samaranch International Collection. The call is open to all Klimt02 Member Schools, making it a global platform for showcasing new graduates and their creative practices.
