Curso Intensivo de Dança: “Colossus”, com a Stephanie Lake Company

The Dancers Intensive: Colossus with Stephanie Lake Company is a three‑week contemporary dance training and performance program hosted by the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity. Participants will learn and perform Stephanie Lake’s large‑scale work, Colossus, which involves over 50 dancers working as a single, evolving organism. The intensive combines rigorous professional training, ensemble building, and performance practice, culminating in two public performances on June 25 and 26, 2027. Applicants must be 18+ years old, have contemporary dance training or equivalent experience, and be able to commit to the full duration of the program. The program includes meals, single‑bedroom accommodation, studio space, and access to the Centre’s facilities and library. The application fee is $65 (or $35 for Indigenous applicants). The program fee is $9,075.15, with scholarships available to cover tuition, accommodation, and meals.
