Gallery 40 in Poughkeepsie, NY invites artists to explore the mysterious beauty of night through a palette dominated by green and blue in its "Midnight & Moss" exhibition. The show seeks 2‑dimensional works—painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, textiles—that evoke atmosphere, mystery, nature, and dream states, with predominant blues and greens. Artists 18 years and older residing in the United States may submit up to three original, for‑sale works (no nudes) that are ready to hang, sized up to 36" wide by 48" high. Submissions are digital via entrythingy.com, with a non‑refundable $35 fee, and must be received by November 1, 2026, 11:59 pm EST. Selected artists will exhibit from December 5, 2026 to January 3, 2027, receive a $100 Juror’s Best in Show award, and benefit from gallery hanging, online web‑gallery, social‑media promotion, and a promotional graphic. Gallery 40 retains a 40 % commission on sales; artists are responsible for insurance and shipping logistics.
