SOON アーティスト・イン・レジデンス・プログラム

The SOON Artists in Residency (AIR) Program provides selected artists with a live/work space above the SOON Gallery in Vienna, Austria. The residency is designed to support artists at various career stages—emerging, mid‑career, international, multidisciplinary, research‑based, and collaborative duos. Participants receive accommodation, a studio, and the opportunity to exhibit their work at the end of the residency. The program also includes workshops, talks, and networking with the local art community. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and artists can choose flexible durations of two, three, or four weeks, with longer stays possible upon request. Residency fees start at €950 for two weeks, with a non‑refundable 50 % deposit required to secure dates. No application fee is charged. The call is open to artists worldwide, with no explicit restrictions on nationality, age, or discipline. The residency concludes with a public exhibition at SOON Gallery, offering exposure and professional development. Interested artists can apply online through the SOON Art Studio website.
