Personal Best is a juried exhibition hosted by Ashton Gallery @ Art on 30th in San Diego’s North Park. The show invites artists to submit a single work they consider their best, whether it be painting, photography, sculpture, fabric, or journal pages. Submissions must be original, for sale, and comply with the gallery’s hanging requirements—wired with two D‑rings, signed, labeled, and ready to hang. The gallery does not accept AI‑generated, digital, installation, reproduction, or giclee prints (except limited‑edition photographic or printmaking editions). The deadline for entry is Friday, September 25, 2026, 4 pm. Accepted works will be exhibited from October 3 to October 30, 2026, with an opening reception on October 3. The gallery takes a standard 50 % commission on sales. Entry fees are $35 for up to two pieces, $45 for up to four, and $55 for up to six, covering the cost of hosting the show. Southern California artists only are eligible to apply.
