Compensation ranges from $82,000 to $102,000 annually, dependent on experience, and includes health, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least five years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit or performing‑arts organization, proven donor cultivation success, and familiarity with financial management software such as Bill.com, Gusto, or QuickBooks. Preferred candidates have 7‑10+ years of experience, a master’s degree, and experience with unionized environments.
